      In accordance with the requirements of Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) of 1990, the Fair Employment & Housing Act (“FEHA”), the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (as amended), Government Code section 11135 and other applicable codes, the City of Modesto (“City”) will not discriminate against individuals on the basis of disability in the City’s services, programs, or activities.     2. About Discount

      Qualifying customers will receive a $35.00 discount on their monthly utility bill. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing once your application has been submitted and approved. This program is not applicable if you live in a multifamily structure serviced by a shared meter. It is only applicable to individually metered residential households for primary residence of account holder.
